Position Highlights

  • Choose Your Practice Model: General OBGYN or shift‑based hospitalist
  • Academic Involvement: Daily resident teaching, optional faculty track, QI initiatives, and selective research
  • Outpatient Model: ~1:9 call, no call on clinic days, protected continuity, predictable clinic weeks, customizable surgical activity
  • Hospitalist Model: High‑acuity, well‑supported L&D with strong backup, steady volume, clear workflows; teach without academic burden
  • Balanced & Supported: Level III NICU, Level IV MFM, and Gyn Onc onsite; sustainable group culture
  • Clinical Environment: Women’s & Children’s Center of Excellence, Level I trauma, in‑house anesthesia, subspecialist access
