Practice Highlights

  • Professional Growth Opportunities:
    • Teach/mentor OU residents
    • $3,500 CME allowance + 10 days.
  • Optimal Patient Volume:
    • 18-20 clinic patients/day, 75-80 deliveries/month (28% C-sections).

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive Compensation: up to $410,000 base salary, up to $450,000 second-year potential.
  • Generous Quality Bonus: 10% annual bonus, nearly 100% payout rate.
  • Sign-On Bonus: $10,000
  • Student Loan Repayment Assistance: $25,000/year ($200,000 over 8 years), PSLF eligible.

Qualifications

  • Degree: MD/DO
  • Certifications: Board Certified/Eligible in OB/GYN
  • Licensure: Active license or eligible
  • Experience: OB/GYN experience preferred, new grads welcome
  • Sponsorship: No J1 or H1B visa sponsorship
