Position Highlights:

• High-volume general dentistry with access to cosmetic, restorative & ortho cases.
• Work-Life balance: Mon-Thurs 8am-4pm, Fri 8am-3pm; no weekends!
• 300 new patients monthly; autonomy over treatment plans & labs.
• Work alongside full dental team and rotating specialists (perio, ortho)
• Practice in a supportive, family-oriented group with 40+ years of success.

Qualifications:

• Louisiana Dental License (current or open to get).
• All experience levels welcome - new grads encouraged to apply.
• Personable, motivated and eager to build a loyal patient base.
• Comfortable treating a wide range of patients, including walk-ins.

Compensation & Benefits:

• 30% adjusted production (96-98% collection rate), high earners $400k+
• $20,000 Sign-on Bonus
• Flexible daily guarantee for first 3 months + labs 100% covered.
• Ultimate partnership buy-in available for long-term providers.
• CME 15 hours per year, dental care for employee's family.
