Physical Therapist | Midwest

Southeastern Illinois (within 30 minutes of Terre Haute, IN)

Favorable Call Schedule: Rotating weekend and holiday coverage (approx. once every five weeks), scheduled three months in advance.

Competitive Compensation: Hourly rate of $40-$50 per hour (based on experience).
Call Pay: 1.5x hourly rate for weekend coverage.
Relocation Assistance: Up to $10,000 reimbursement available for moving expenses.
Continuing Education: $500 annual CME allowance

Degree: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent.
Licensure: Must be able to obtain an active Illinois Physical Therapist license.
Certifications: BLS required; APTA membership preferred.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
Preferred Skills: Pediatric experience is a plus.
Additional Requirements: Must have a valid driver's license and personal auto insurance for home health visits.
