Join a well-established, multi-location audiology practice serving IA and MN since 1987. Our Mason City team is seeking a full-time Audiologist to replace a retiring provider.

Practice Overview

• Full-time, M-F schedule (8-5, flexible hours), no weekends or call
• Patient load: 10-12/day
• Modern office with 4 fitting rooms, balance assessment room, and 2 booths
• Full range of services
• Access to major hearing aid brands: Oticon, Starkey, ReSound, Phonak, Lyric, etc.

Compensation & Benefits

• $80,000 base + sales bonuses
• $60,000 tuition reimbursement bonus (over 5 years)
• Up to $3,000 relocation assistance
• 5 weeks PTO + 6 paid holidays
