Position Highlights
- Work-Life Balance: Monday-Friday schedule (8 AM - 5 PM) - no nights, weekends, or on-call.

Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly Pay: $70.00 (commensurate with experience)

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive pediatric speech-language evaluations
- Create and implement individualized therapy plans
- Treat speech, language, feeding, and cognitive disorders
- Collaborate with families, teachers, and healthcare providers
- Document treatment progress and communicate results
Qualifications
- Degree: Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, or a related field.
- Licensure: Current Arkansas license as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant.
- Experience: Previous experience in a pediatric setting is preferred but not required; strong candidates will demonstrate a passion for working with children.
- Skills: Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork abilities.
