Position Highlights

  • Work-Life Balance: Monday-Friday schedule (8 AM - 5 PM) - no nights, weekends, or on-call.

  • Hourly Pay: $70.00 (commensurate with experience)

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive pediatric speech-language evaluations
  • Create and implement individualized therapy plans
  • Treat speech, language, feeding, and cognitive disorders
  • Collaborate with families, teachers, and healthcare providers
  • Document treatment progress and communicate results

Qualifications

  • Degree: Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, or a related field.
  • Licensure: Current Arkansas license as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a pediatric setting is preferred but not required; strong candidates will demonstrate a passion for working with children.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork abilities.
