Established cardiovascular group is looking for an experienced CTS to join and develop their CTS program!

Position Highlights: 

• Consult patients, discuss treatment plans, perform surgeries and provide mentorship
• Full Spectrum Cardiothoracic Care includes rounding, surgeries, hospital consults and new patient intake
• 120-150 cases per year
• Adults only: internal and external referrals
• DaVinci Robtoics in use; Dedicated CT staff and OR, dedicated Cardiac Anesthesia
• Provide leadership, mentorship and fellowship to existing team and new team members
• Medical Directorship opportunity : Leave your thumbprint on this program!

Compensation & Benefits:

• Highly competitive compensation! $800,000-$900,000 base
• Sign-On Bonus, Retention Bonus: over $100K
