• Comprehensive Team: Dedicated photography team, tech in the injection room, and full triage support across a multispecialty clinic
• Optimal Patient Volume: Clinical volume of 35 patients per day, supported by midlevel staff and a dedicated scribe
• Work-Life Balance: Reasonable call schedule with dedicated ophthalmic surgical tech

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive Compensation: 2-year guarantee and earning potential of $525K with reasonable production expectations

Qualifications: 

• Degree: MD or DO
• Certifications: Surgical Retina Fellowship required
• Licensure: Must be in possession of or able to acquire a MS license
