Dental Director Position

Are you a compassionate and experienced dentist with a passion for leading teams and improving community health? We are seeking a dedicated Dental Director to oversee and enhance the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered oral healthcare services in a community-focused setting. In this role, you will lead a team of dental professionals, provide comprehensive care, and collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure the best possible outcomes for our diverse patient population.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the delivery of comprehensive dental services, including preventive, restorative, and emergency care, for patients of all ages.
- Supervise and mentor a team of dental providers, hygienists, and support staff, ensuring high standards of care and a collaborative work environment.
- Work closely with other healthcare teams within the FQHC (Federally Qualified Health Center) to provide integrated, coordinated care.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the dental program, ensuring effective patient flow and timely delivery of care.
- Maintain patient records using our electronic health record system (eClinicalWorks - eCW), ensuring accurate and thorough documentation.
Position Highlights:
- 3 Modern Operatories, along with dedicated space for x-rays and sterilization, fully integrated with EMR.
- A supportive and collaborative work environment, with a focus on community health and patient care.
- Monday-Friday work schedule, with flexible hours (currently open until noon on Fridays).
- No on-call, weekend, or holiday shifts required.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive guaranteed base salary with annual salary increase up to 3% each year- based on internal equity and experience
