• $400K base salary + $47,450 call pay with two-year guarantee, sign-on bonus, $15K relocation, and partnership track (optional)
• Work-Life Balance: 3.5-4 day workweek, Fridays off post-call, no running between clinic and OR(average 2 deliveries per shift)
