Overview

We are seeking a skilled Lead Dentist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide quality dental care and treatment to patients while ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.

Position Highlights

• Work-Life Balance: 4-day workweek (M-F), NO call or weekends!
• Patient Volume: 12-16 per day plus additional Hygiene Checks; Will see patients of all ages
• Desirable Practice Setting: 4 Dental Operatories, 4 dental chairs. Newer Office equipment includes digital x-ray sensors, Trios Digital Scanner, EPIC EMR

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Compensation: Guaranteed base salary + quarterly bonuses + 3% annual salary merit increases
• Sign-on Bonus: Up to $10,000
