Hospital-employed, full-time, group of 8 anesthesia providers
Monday-Friday, 7 am-4 pm
Case Mix: General Surgery, Orthopedic Surgery, OB/GYN, and Urology
No CRNA supervision
No Trauma Service
1:9 call covering a 90-bed hospital
Compensation & Benefits:
$450K starting salary
Signing bonus
Residency training stipend
PTO: 7 Weeks
Health/Dental/Vision - all premiums at no cost to the physician, spouse (if not covered through their employer), and dependents; HSA annual employer contribution of $1,628 (prorated)
CME: $3,000 annually plus an additional $1,500 per year for membership dues, license renewals and subscriptions
Pension: Lump sum employer contribution, 9.7% of your annual earnings
403(b): 3% employer match (requires 6% contribution to receive the full match)
Qualifications:
Degree: MD or DO
Certifications: BE/BC in Anesthesiology
Licensure: Must have or be eligible to obtain a medical license in Indiana
Skillset: Must be comfortable with regional blocks and epidurals
Experience: New grads and experienced anesthesiologists are equally welcome to apply
