PTO:42 days annually (includes 5 days for CME and 7 paid holidays)
Health/Dental/Vision: 100% of premiums for employee and 85% for dependents
Retirement: annual employer contribution of 8.4% of your gross salary (starts after 1-year anniversary)
Qualifications:
Degree: Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Certifications: Board Eligible or Board Certified
Licensure: Must have an active or be able to obtain a Washington State license
