Salary Range: $94,000 - $110,000 annually

Position Type: Full-time

Shift: 8-hour day shifts, Monday through Friday

On-Call Schedule: 1:5 rotation

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Manager to join our healthcare team in Dodge City, KS. This leadership position offers a fantastic work-life balance, and a manageable on-call schedule. You will oversee nursing staff and day-to-day operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; RNs are encouraged to apply.
• License/Certifications: Active RN license in the state of Kansas.
• Experience:
  • Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience.
  • Prior leadership or management experience strongly preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
