Family Medicine Residency Program Director

Exciting Leadership Opportunity in Family Medicine!

MUSC Health Lancaster Medical Center is launching its inaugural Family Medicine Residency Program and seeking a visionary leader to serve as Program Director.

Your Role:

• Develop and lead the Family Medicine Residency, including curriculum design and resident recruitment
• Protected and ample administration time
• Mentor, teach, and support residents and faculty
• Practice in a collaborative, well-equipped faculty clinic
• Lead quality improvement and research initiatives with MUSC’s academic network
• You will select your APD, program manager, and core faculty
• Enjoy autonomy, innovation, and the support of a physician-led, state-supported organization

You Bring:

• MD or DO from an ACGME-accredited Family Medicine Residency
• Board certification in Family Medicine
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in education or clinical roles
