MUSC Health Lancaster Medical Center is seeking a dynamic leader to establish and direct their new Family Medicine Residency Program. Building on the success of the recently established Internal Medicine Residency, this is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of Family Medicine education in a supportive and innovative environment.

• Lead the creation and growth of the Family Medicine Residency Program
• Balanced and flexible schedule offering 50% administrative time and 50% clinical time
• Develop curriculum, recruit and mentor residents, and ensure program success
• Provide direct patient care in a robust faculty practice

Qualifications:

• MD or DO with completion of an ACGME-accredited Family Medicine residency
• Board certification in Family Medicine
• Minimum of 3 years leadership experience
• Strong leadership, clinical, and educational skills
