Optometrist Compensation & Benefits
As a valued Optometrist team member, you will receive:

What You'll Do as an Optometrist
As an expert Optometrist, your clinical and leadership responsibilities will include:
- Performing comprehensive eye exams and medical optometry services
- Diagnosing and managing ocular diseases with advanced equipment
- Fitting contact lenses and managing specialty contact lens cases
- Collaborating with opticians and optical techs to ensure exceptional patient outcomes
- Educating patients on eye health, vision correction, and eyewear options
- Participating in continuing education and mentorship within a cohesive Optometrist team
Optometrist Qualifications
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) from an accredited program
- Active or eligible for a Washington State Optometrist license
- Excellent diagnostic and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to build lasting relationships with patients and the care team
- New graduates and experienced Optometrists encouraged to apply
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (Visa sponsorship not available)
