Optometrist Compensation & Benefits

As a valued Optometrist team member, you will receive:

What You'll Do as an Optometrist

As an expert Optometrist, your clinical and leadership responsibilities will include:

  • Performing comprehensive eye exams and medical optometry services
  • Diagnosing and managing ocular diseases with advanced equipment
  • Fitting contact lenses and managing specialty contact lens cases
  • Collaborating with opticians and optical techs to ensure exceptional patient outcomes
  • Educating patients on eye health, vision correction, and eyewear options
  • Participating in continuing education and mentorship within a cohesive Optometrist team

Optometrist Qualifications

  • Doctor of Optometry (OD) from an accredited program
  • Active or eligible for a Washington State Optometrist license
  • Excellent diagnostic and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to build lasting relationships with patients and the care team
  • New graduates and experienced Optometrists encouraged to apply
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (Visa sponsorship not available)
