Pediatric Dentist Compensation & Benefits:

What You'll Do as a Pediatric Dentist:

As a dedicated Pediatric Dentist, you will:

  • Provide full-scope pediatric dental care from infancy through adolescence
  • Treat patients with special healthcare needs and diverse backgrounds
  • Perform diagnostics, restorations, extractions, crowns, and emergency treatments
  • Educate pediatric patients and guardians on preventive oral health
  • Lead clinical initiatives and mentor dental support teams
  • Ensure a consistent, high-quality experience for every pediatric patient
  • Collaborate with fellow Pediatric Dentists and general dentists to deliver holistic care

Qualifications for the Pediatric Dentist Role:

  • DDS/DMD from an accredited institution
  • Completed Pediatric Dentistry Residency
  • Active Oregon Dental License (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Current BLS Certification
  • Nitrous Oxide Permit (or ability to obtain within 60 days)
  • Open to new graduates and experienced Pediatric Dentists
  • Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
  • U.S. work authorization required (sponsorship not available)
