Position Highlights:
· Known for its patient-centered approach, emphasis on preventative care, and a strong focus on quality and patient satisfaction.
· Multispecialty group practice setting
· Monday - Friday 8a-5p
· Average of 12-15 patients per day seen in 15- or 30-min appointment blocks
· Call is based on the depth of providers in the pool. Call is shared with the Spine Department which means they are on call roughly once every 6-8 weeks.
· APPs take triage call first
· All Clinics are equipped with the latest supplies, equipment, and instruments needed.
· Conditions Treated: Post-stroke, Amputees, Spinal Care, Traumatic Brain Injuries, Musculoskeletal disorders, Peripheral Neuropathies: Hand or feet numbness, Spasticity care: non-pump management, Physical Debility, Movement disorders, Electrodiagnostic Medicine, Spinal Cord Injuries, Neuromuscular disorders (after neurological diagnosis),. Cancer Debility
· The main campus has 11 standard exam rooms, 2 EMG suites, 1 extra-large EEG suite
· Full nursing and clerical support staff
· Epic EMR
Compensation & Benefits:
· Base compensation + RVU (Average comp is $293k-$379k)
· RVU Productivity - 1st year guarantee $45,000
· Pay for Performance averaging $20,000
· Average sign-on Bonus of $50,000
· Relocation up to $10,000
· PTO: 37 days
· CME: $2,500
