Position Highlights:

  • Join a collaborative rehab team alongside 3 experienced PTs in a modern, spacious therapy facility with advanced equipment, including an AlterG Anti-Gravity Treadmill.
  • Patient-centered model emphasizing individualized care, evidence-based practice, and strong interdisciplinary collaboration.
  • Serve a broad and rewarding caseload across inpatient, outpatient, swing bed, skilled nursing, home health, and school-based pediatrics.
  • Exposure to diverse clinical settings and specialty populations in a progressive rural healthcare environment.
  • Shared weekend call rotation every third weekend with strong PTA support and flexible evaluation timing.
  • Three flexible schedule options (4-day, 4.5-day, or 5-day workweek) designed to support provider well-being and consistency.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $38–$56/hour (up to ~$117,000 annually and commensurate with experience)
  • $5,000 Sign On Bonus and Relocation Assistance of $2,000
  • Tuition Reimbursement of $4,500
  • $2,500 CE allowance + up to 5 paid CME days annually

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Nebraska PT license or ability to obtain
  • Open to all experience levels, including new graduates
  • Comfortable treating across multiple care settings; strong communication and patient engagement skills
