Position Highlights:

  • Work-Life Balance: Monday - Friday, 8-hour shifts with occasional weekend work (approximately 12 weekend days annually). Flexible scheduling to meet personal and departmental needs.
  • Desirable Practice Setting: Inpatient rehabilitation team at Bryant T. Aldridge Rehabilitation Center serving primarily older adults recovering from orthopedic, neurological, and medical events.
  • Ideal Work Environment: Part of UNC Nash, a nonprofit hospital affiliate of UNC Health Care, with access to modern private patient rooms, advanced rehabilitation equipment, and EPIC EMR.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive Compensation: Hourly pay based on experience and professional certification level (Clinical Levels I-IV). Eligible for overtime pay. The OT salary range is $36.50-$48.33

Qualifications

  • Degree: Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
  • Licensure: Must hold or be eligible for North Carolina PT license.
  • Skillset: Strong evaluation and intervention skills with adolescent and adult populations in an outpatient setting.
  • Experience: All experience levels welcome; tiered pay based on years of experience.
