Practice Highlights:

• 4-day workweek (10-hour days)
• Average 16-18 patients per day
• Epic EMR through academic affiliation
• Primarily outpatient; occasional inpatient or ED coverage
• Strong care coordination and clinical support team

Compensation & Benefits:

• First Year $400,000
• Longevity bonus for continuity of care $125,000

Candidate Requirements:

• MD or DO, Board Certified/Eligible in Internal Medicine
• Eligible for Iowa licensure
• Strong interest in geriatrics and chronic care
• Prior experience in rural or critical access hospitals is preferred
• U.S. citizenship or permanent residency (no J1/H1 visas)
