Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive Base Salary: $400,000 salary guarantee (12 months)
• Commission Structure: 40-45% based on collections
• High Earning Potential: Up to $950,000 earnings with performance and productivity bonuses
• Sign-On Bonus: $30,000
• Retention Bonus: $20,000
• Additional Income Opportunities: PA/NP supervision stipend
