Position Highlights:

• Optimal Patient Volume: 15-25 patients per day

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive Compensation: $350,000 Earning Potential
• Generous Performance Bonus: Based on patient encounters and unique patient visits 
• Sign-On Bonus: $50,000
• Comprehensive Benefits Package: Generous PTO including vacation, sick leave, and holidays
• Relocation Assistance: Up to $15,000
• Student Loan Repayment Assistance: NHSC Eligible Site, FQHC
• Professional Development: $3,000 per calendar year

Qualifications: 

• Degree: MD or DO
• Certifications: Board Certified/Eligible in Family Medicine
• Licensure: Active Oregon license or ability to obtain one
