Position Highlights:

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive Compensation: Up to $55/hour, based on experience. Exempt position.
• Student Loan Repayment: $20,000 available with a 3-year commitment (separate from federal loan programs).

Qualifications: 

• Degree: Associate's degree from an accredited dental hygiene program is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Licensure: Current license with the Minnesota Board of Dentistry, or eligibility to obtain.
• Experience: One to three years preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Skillset: Must be able to perform scaling and root planing, expose radiographs (bitewings and panos), follow clinical protocols, and serve patients ages 12 and older.
• Other Requirements: Valid driver's license, insurability, ability to pass a background check, and drug screening.
