Inpatient Pharmacist/Pharmacy

Seeking a skilled and experienced Inpatient Pharmacist to join our hospital-based pharmacy team. The incoming candidate will provide comprehensive pharmaceutical services in a dynamic inpatient setting, supporting patient care across various departments including acute care, emergency, skilled nursing, and hospice.

Practice Information

• Full time schedule: Mon. - Fri. (7:30AM to 3:30PM)
• Dispense and verify medication orders for hospital inpatients, skilled nursing facility residents, and hospice patients
• Perform sterile compounding; training will be provided for those who do not already have this experience
• Collaborate with a pharmacy team that includes two experienced pharmacy technicians

Financial Package

• Compensation: $68.06 to $83.84 (based on experience)
• Sign-on bonus: $15K (after 90 days)
• Annual Retention bonus: $10K (eligible after 1st year)
• Benefits coverage begins the first month after the first 30 days of employment
• Tuition/Education/Scholarship: Up to $5,000 annually for three years.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor of Science from a college of Pharmacy accredited by the American Council on Pharmaceutical Education
• Active CA license or ability to obtain licensure
• Inpatient hospital setting experience desired
