Head and Neck Oncologic Division is part of the UMMC Research and Cancer Institute, supported by a $125 million capital campaign for a new 250,000+ square-foot Cancer Center.
Position Highlights:
- Seeking a fellowship-trained head and neck oncologic surgeon skilled in transoral robotic surgery, microvascular surgery, minimally invasive management of early-stage laryngeal cancer, skull base surgery
- Leadership & Growth Opportunities:

- Tertiary Referral Center:
- The only comprehensive team of otolaryngology subspecialists in the state
- Desirable Practice Structure:
- Flexible schedule with 1.5 days clinic, 1.5 days day surgery, 1.5 combined neurosurgery time
- 90% clinical time (.90) and 10% Educational (.10)

Compensation & Benefits:
- Financial Package: $500K-600k potential with a 2-year guarantee and RVU-based bonus plan
- Relocation Assistance: $25k supplement

Qualifications:
- Certifications: Must be BE/BC in Otolaryngology and Fellowship trained
- Licensure: MS license eligibility
- Required Experience: Must have experience with TORS and microvascular surgery
- Experience: New grads and experienced surgeons are welcome to apply
- Sponsorship: Unlimited J-1 waivers, H1b and alternate pathway support
