- Culture & Support:
- Laryngology-focused APP in clinic, 20 dedicated SLPs and close relationship with speech therapy
- Will provide support and resources for a new provider
- Tertiary Referral Center:
- Significant referral based and large patient population
- The only comprehensive team of otolaryngology subspecialists in the state
- Favorable Call Schedule:
- Light general ENT call (1:14) from home with resident coverage
- Also hiring Head & Neck Oncologic Surgeon and Rhinologist/Skull Base Surgeon faculty
Compensation & Benefits:
- Financial Package: $500K-600k potential with a 2-year guarantee and RVU-based bonus plan
- Relocation Assistance: $25k supplement
- Professional Development: $13K annual CME
- Lucrative Retirement Benefits: Options for 17.40% or 14.75% state of MS contribution; 403(b) and 457 deferred compensation plans available

Qualifications:
- Certifications: Must be BE/BC in Otolaryngology and Fellowship trained in Laryngology
- Licensure: MS license eligibility
- Required Experience: Must have airway surgery experience; TORS not required
- Experience: New grads and experienced surgeons are welcome to apply
- Sponsorship: J-1/H1B and alternate pathway support
