Compensation & Benefits

• $415,000 Year One
• Guaranteed Base Salary: $250,000 - $ 340,000 (Depending on Experience) for Two Weeks Coverage
• Sign-On Bonus: $100,000
• Plus Production Bonus: $25,000 Production

• Open to W2 or1099 Options

Qualifications

• Degree: MD/DO
• Licensure: Active license in Oregon or ability to obtain one
• Certifications: BC or BE in General Surgery
• Experience: In-practice and 2025 Grads
