Position Highlights

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $105K-$120K+ (commensurate on experience)
  • Annual performance-based increases

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field required
  • Master's degree preferred
  • Certifications: ASCP or equivalent required
  • Eligible for or currently holding state licensure (if applicable)
  • Experience: 5+ years in a clinical laboratory
  • Prior lab leadership experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of lab regulations, compliance, and quality standards (COLA, CIHQ)
