Our well-established and growing full-scope practice in the Midwest is seeking a dedicated Optometrist to join a collaborative team providing high-level, medically focused eye care. This is an ideal opportunity for providers who want autonomy, support, and a real pathway to leadership—whether you're early in your career or an experienced OD.

- Streamlined Support: Every OD is paired with a dedicated technician for efficient, high-quality exams.
- Schedule: Monday-Friday only—no weekends or on-call.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $150K-$170K+ DOE
- Production Bonus: 15% net collections (17% after year one)
- $25K Sign-On/Relocation Bonus: Can be structured for relocation, housing, or student loan repayment
- Robust Package: Includes medical, dental, vision, life, disability, malpractice, 401(k) with match, and CME stipend
- Time Off: 3 weeks PTO, 2 weeks paid sick leave, and fully paid maternity leave

Qualifications
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) from an accredited program
- Eligible for licensure in Nebraska (or willing to obtain)
- All experience levels welcome—mentorship available
- U.S. citizen or permanent resident (no visa sponsorship available)
