OB/GYN FACULTY - Academic Appointment with OU-Tulsa

Tulsa, OKLAHOMA 

The University of Oklahoma - Tulsa is seeking OB/GYN Faculty to join our growing department. This is an exciting opportunity to combine teaching, clinical practice, and academic engagement while serving a diverse patient population in an expanding program. 

Position Highlights: 

• 90% clinical / 10% administrative role
• Supervise and teach residents across L&D, clinic, OR, and ER settings
• Mentor medical students and residents; participate in academic conferences and advising
• Engage in scholarly activity (research encouraged but not required)
• Flexible options to see personal patients outside of resident supervision if desires
• OR Time: 1 OR day every other week, plus access to robotic surgery (DaVinci, V-Notes)
• Clinic: Monday- Friday 8am-12pm & 1pm-5pm

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary Range: $280,000-$390,000 (based on rank, productivity, and call) Earning Potential: Up to $390,000 based on clinical productivity
• Retention bonus - $30k 
• Relocation Assistance - up to $10k
• CME allowance: $5,000/year and 1 week allotted time
• Employer is PSLF-eligible
• 6 weeks PTO

Qualifications: 

• MD, DO, or equivalent degree
• Graduation from ACGME or AOA residency for women's health or related specialty.
• Board Certified or eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology or related specialty.
• Possession of a valid and unrestricted Oklahoma medical license (by date of hire), good references, and an exemplary practice history (as applicable).
• J-1 and H1B visa sponsorship available.
•  FTE Flexibility: Willing to consider .85 or .75 FTE candidates
• No prior leadership experience required or academic pedigree nor current NIH funding and bench research projects
