We are a leading dental practice in the Woodlands area seeking a dedicated and skilled General Dentist/Prosthodontist to join our team. Our current Prosthodontist is relocating, and we're looking for a compassionate professional to provide high-quality care to our established and growing patient base.
As a Prosthodontist, you will play a key role in performing advanced restorative procedures and offering specialized care for our patients. You will work with a dynamic team of dental professionals, providing everything from implants and crowns to veneers and sleep apnea treatment. Our practice is committed to using cutting-edge technology to ensure the best outcomes for our patients.
PRACTICE HIGHLIGHTS
12 operatories, with 3 dedicated to Prosthodontics and 1 additional for overflow.
Advanced in-house procedures, including implants, veneers, Invisalign, CEREC same-day crowns, and sleep apnea treatment.
Exceptional team culture with strong clinical and administrative support.
Minimal turnover, with owner dentists having over 25 years of combined experience.
Modern practice with cutting-edge technology such as 3D printers, CAD/CAM systems, and digital smile design tools.
WORK SCHEDULE
Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Friday: 7:30 AM - 2:00 PM
No weekends required.
Flexible scheduling options (3 or 4 days/week).
Emergency call duties on evenings and weekends as needed.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Potential earnings: $300k - $500k annually based on % of adjusted production; $600 minimum per day.
Lab fees are 100% covered by the practice

QUALIFICATIONS
Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.
Specialty training in Prosthodontics and board certification or eligibility (preferred).
Must be comfortable performing advanced restorative procedures and implantology.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills with patients and team members.
Passion for providing excellent patient care with a compassionate and empathetic approach.
