• Join a well-established group of 15-18 clinicians, supported by nearly 100 staff across multiple locations.
• Monday-Friday schedule with flexible start times (8-4 or 9-5).
• Manage a manageable caseload of 3-7 patients daily, tailored to your scope and preferences.
• Provide a mix of short-term counseling and long-term therapy, allowing for clinical variety.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary aligned with your experience and qualifications.
• Up to a $15,000 sign-on bonus (with a 2-3 year commitment).

Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT
• Open to candidates not yet licensed in AK but willing to apply.
