About Us
Our Health System offers a full array of inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation services for people of all ages. Our skilled and compassionate team provides individualized care using evidence-based therapies, state-of-the-art technology, and a patient-first approach. We are currently seeking Full-time Occupational Therapists to join our growing rehabilitation department across multiple clinic locations.

Schedule
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm (flexible options available: 8:00–5:00, 8:30–5:30, or 4/10s)
- No nights, weekends, or on-call (except for minimal quarterly hospital coverage rotation)
- Multiple hospital outpatient clinics hiring
- 8–12 patients per day (30–40 min appointments)
- Patient mix: ~45% general physical therapy, 30% pre/post-op (including total joint replacements), 15% pediatrics, 5% neuro, 5% sports. May change depending on the area of interest
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary: $68,182 – $112,500 annually
- Sign-on bonus: $5,000

Qualifications
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Current Iowa Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and teamwork skills
- Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care
