Compensation & Benefits:

• Exceptional Earning Potential: Average 4-day/week Endodontist earns $800,000 annually (based on $8,000/day production, 50 weeks).
• Highly Competitive Pay Structure: 45-50% of adjusted production
• Retention Bonus: Up to $60,000 available
• Flexible 4-day work week with high patient demand and consistent referral flow.
• Professional Support: Robust administrative and operational support so you can focus on clinical care.
• Clinical Autonomy: Full control over your treatment planning and schedule.

Qualifications: 

• Degree: DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school; Endodontics specialty training
• Completion of CODA-accredited Endodontics program.
• Licensure: Eligible for (or active) AZ dental license; credentialing fully supported
• Skillset: Proficiency in all phases of endodontics, including complex retreatments and microsurgery; excellent patient communication.
• Experience: Open to new or experienced Endodontists. Robust mentorship available for new grads, with immediate exposure to referral base and the full spectrum of endodontic procedures.
