Compensation & Benefits:

  • Exceptional Earning Potential: Average 4-day/week Endodontist earns $800,000 annually (based on $8,000/day production, 50 weeks).
  • Highly Competitive Pay Structure: 45-50% of adjusted production (Independent Contractor, 1099).
  • Retention Bonus: Up to $60,000 available for the right candidate.
  • Schedule: Flexible 4-day work week with high patient demand and consistent referral flow.

Qualifications

  • Degree: DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school; Endodontics specialty training (or in-progress residents welcomed).
  • Licensure: Eligible for (or active) AZ dental license; credentialing fully supported by the group.
  • Skillset: Proficiency in diagnosis and treatment of pulpal and periapical conditions, root canal therapy, retreatments, and surgical endodontics. Strong patient communication and ability to collaborate with referring general dentists.
  • Experience: Open to new or experienced Endodontists. Robust mentorship available for new grads, with immediate exposure to referral base and the full spectrum of endodontic procedures.
