Join a compassionate, patient-centered healthcare team committed to improving access to quality care in a rural community. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Physical Therapist to oversee and grow our Physical Therapy program.


The Lead PT will provide direct patient care while supervising and mentoring a small team of therapists and support staff. This role also includes program development, quality improvement, and collaboration with other departments to ensure excellence in rehabilitation services.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage daily operations of the Physical Therapy department
  • Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to patients across the lifespan
  • Supervise, mentor, and support PT staff
  • Collaborate with medical providers and nursing staff to optimize outcomes
  • Contribute to strategic planning to enhance and expand rehabilitation services

Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree
  • Current Georgia PT license (or eligibility for licensure)
  • 3+ years of clinical experience preferred - all experience levels considered
  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Passion for serving rural communities

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary range: $108,000 - $130,000 (DOE)
  • Eligibility for student loan forgiveness through NHSC and PSLF programs
