Position Highlights: 

• Hospital-employed group includes 2 APPs and an orthopedic surgeon
• 4-Day Workweek
• Office/Walk-In appointments, First Assist, and inpatient rounding responsibility

Compensation & Benefits:

• Starting salary: $120K-$150K
• wRVU productivity bonus
• Signing Bonus: $30K
• Student loan repayment
• Relocation: $15K
• PTO: 42 days annually (includes 5 days for CME and 7 paid holidays)
• Health/Dental/Vision: 100% of premiums for employee and 85% for dependents
• Retirement: annual employer contribution of 8.4% of your gross salary (starts after 1-year anniversary)

Qualifications: 

• Degree: Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant 
• Certifications: Board Eligible or Board Certified
• Licensure: Must have an active or be able to obtain a Washington State license
• Experience:  New grads and experienced candidates equally welcome to apply
