Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. (Fridays off); lunch from 1pm-2pm

A well-established, privately held dental group in the highly desirable Greenville, South Carolina area is seeking a full-time Associate Dentist to join a thriving practice with an established patient base. The practice is located in an affluent community with a strong reputation for exceptional patient care and team culture. Practice Highlights
- Fully digital, modern facility with multiple operatories
- 2,600+ active patients and 50+ new patients per month
- Comprehensive care including restorative, implants, clear aligners, and limited endo
- Advanced technology: CEREC same-day crowns, CBCT, intraoral scanners, 3D printing, CAD/CAM, and digital smile design
- Excellent hygiene support and clinical flow (two-column model for operative care)
- EMR system: Denticon
Compensation & Benefits
- Daily guarantee: $650/day or percentage of monthly collections (up to 40%)
- Potential earnings: $365K-$500K+ annually based on tiered production model with daily guarantee
- Productivity bonus: $100,000 for exceeding $2.4M in annual collections
- Lab fees covered 100%
- Sign-on / relocation assistance available
- Partnership eligibility after 2 years (equity appreciation model)
- 401(k) with 4% match

Candidate Parameters
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited U.S. dental school
- Active or eligible South Carolina dental license
- Strong clinical competency across general dentistry; comfort with implants and CEREC a plus
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Commitment to patient-centered, high-quality care
