Position Overview - Neurosurgeon:

We are seeking a Neurosurgeon to join our team. Our patient base is growing and we expect continued growth of services.

• 5-day work week/40 hours - plan your own schedule within reason
• Provider autonomy scheduling own patients; balance between clinic and OR time
• Private Hospital with state-of-the-art equipment, 8 ORs, great support staff, and a 98% patient satisfaction rate
• On-call with local hospital provider ER coverage for Neurosurgery procedures (paid call for each shift)

Financial Package:

• Guaranteed base salary range is $850,000 - $1,100,000 (commensurate with experience)
• $2,500 per call shift covered
• Sign-on bonus and relocation allowance negotiable
• Partnership buy-in option available at 13th month -or- option to extend for one more year then can move into a “eat what you kill” model with great income potential

Job Requirements:

• MD or DO
• Board Certified/Eligible
• Ability to work well within a group of established surgeons
• Quality of care focused
