• 18 Exam Rooms, 2 Xray rooms, 2 Post Op Bays
• Ramp-up period
• 1:6 weekdays, 1:6 weekends

• Sky Lakes Hospital and Surgery Center access
• EMR system: CERNER converting to EPIC next year

FINANCIAL PACKAGE

• $500,000+ Total Compensation once ramped up
