• Spine ONLY practice
• Immediate patient volume in this turn-key opportunity
• Much of the staff has 10+ years, low turnover
  • Joining a team of 11 orthopods and 6 Pain and PMRs and 22 PAs(all cross-trained and cover hospital rounds)
  • schedulers are assigned and trained in spine
  • No chronic pain patients
• 1-3 Year income guarantee with $1.4+ million earning potential over 90th percentile MGMA
• Private practice model with ownership option in group owned surgical centers, MRI and PT clinics
  • Surgical group owns 2 ASCs, 2 MRIs, 2 PT Clinics & an Urgent Care location coming soon
• One of the partners is an a national TOP SURGEON for this iFuse procedure and expert in SI Joint pain and the iFuse Implant System (SI) joint treatment.
• Malpractice with tail coverage
