Position Highlights

• Desirable Practice Setting: 100% outpatient Internal Medicine with strong infrastructure and established patient demand
• Work/Life Balance: 4 or 5 day schedule with predictable hours and built-in flexibility
• Optimal Patient Volume: 17–22 patients per day allowing for quality-focused, efficient care
• Culture & Support: 1:1 MA or LPN support with strong specialist access and streamlined workflows
• Favorable Call Structure: Light, shared call with RN triage minimizing after-hours

Compensation & Benefits

• $370K+ First Year Earning Potential

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
